Philosophy
A physical practice is part of a fulfilled life. Accessible, practical, sustainable strength and health guidance is my specialty. I’m not wedded to a single methodology, diet or training modality. You have to do what works for you right now. Which might not be what worked for someone else! Whether you have a minute a day or two hours, you can improve yourself and reap the physical and mental benefits.
My personal approach
I would call myself a strength training enthusiast. Athletic competition isn’t really my thing anymore but I like feeling strong, healthy and at home in my body. I also enjoy experimenting with different tools and training methodologies. Training can be repetitive in function without getting boring! In the end, my goal is to be physically self-sufficient on my last day and have a ton of fun getting there.
Services/products
We can work together however you choose—I’m available for video critiques, program evaluation/consultation, and full online personal training. The latter includes weekly training check-ins and video feedback as needed and twice monthly progress chats along with a customized program that’s updated regularly. Consults are free.
